OneBook is operated by Petr Gardian as a sole trader. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
We collect this data solely to produce and deliver your book. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract — you ask us to make a book, and we need your data to do so.
Your photos are never edited, altered, or used to train AI models. They are used only to place them into your book. They are not shared with any third party beyond what is necessary to print and deliver your order.
Your photos are automatically deleted 30 days after your book is delivered.
We keep your book data and files only as long as needed to produce and deliver your book, plus 30 days for support purposes. After that, your data is deleted.

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and requires no cookie consent.
