OneBook is operated by Petr Gardian as a sole trader. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
OneBook creates personalised books based on your photos and written inputs. Each book is made to order and produced individually. Your order includes a digital book delivered by email and a printed A5 hardcover shipped to you.
After payment, you complete a short questionnaire and upload your photos. We then write your story and send you the digital book to read. Once you approve it, your printed hardcover is produced and shipped. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 days from dispatch depending on your location.
Your book is written from your inputs and sent to you to read before anything is printed. Nothing is produced or shipped until you approve it. By approving your story, you confirm it is ready for print and your order moves into production.
The printed hardcover is produced individually and shipped globally via our print partner. Shipping is included in the price of your order. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 days from dispatch depending on your location.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use all photos and content you submit. You grant OneBook a limited licence to use your content solely for the purpose of producing your book.
The generated story text and book design are created for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute OneBook content.
You read your finished story before anything is printed. If you are not satisfied with it, email us at hello@onebook.studio before approving it for print and we will give you a full refund. Once you approve your story, your book is made to order and enters production, and the order is no longer refundable. If your hardcover arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. See our Refunds page for full details.
OneBook's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
