OneBook is operated by Petr Gardian as a sole trader. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
OneBook creates personalised books based on your photos and written inputs. Each book is made to order and produced individually. Your order includes a digital book delivered by email and a printed A5 hardcover shipped to you.
After payment, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire and upload your photos. We will then create your book. The digital version is delivered by email within 24 hours of completing your inputs. Your printed hardcover is produced and shipped separately — delivery typically takes 5–10 days depending on your location.
The printed hardcover is produced individually and shipped globally via our print partner. Shipping is included in the price of your order. Delivery typically takes 5–10 days from dispatch depending on your location.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use all photos and content you submit. You grant OneBook a limited licence to use your content solely for the purpose of producing your book.
The generated story text and book design are created for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute OneBook content.
If you are not happy with your book for any reason, email us at hello@onebook.studio within 30 days of receiving your digital book and we will give you a full refund. You keep both the digital and printed versions. If your hardcover arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. OneBook's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
