OneBook is operated by Petr Gardian as a sole trader. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
OneBook creates personalised printed books based on your photos and written inputs. Each book is made to order and produced individually.
After payment, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire and upload your photos. We will then generate your book and deliver a digital PDF for your review. Print orders only proceed after your explicit confirmation.
Your PDF will be delivered by email once your book is ready. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after you complete your inputs.
For print tiers, books are shipped after you confirm the PDF. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from confirmation. We ship globally via our print partner.
If you are not satisfied with your generated story, you may request one rewrite before confirming for print. OneBook Legacy customers may request up to one rewrite. Regeneration requests must be made before print confirmation.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use all photos and content you submit. You grant OneBook a limited licence to use your content solely for the purpose of producing your book.
The generated story text and book design are created for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute OneBook content.
OneBook's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
