If you are not happy with your book, email us at hello@onebook.studio. We will give you a full refund. You keep the book. No conditions, no questions asked.
Your $77 payment covers the creation of your written story, delivery of the digital book by email, and production and shipping of the printed hardcover.
If you are not satisfied with your story for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your digital book and we will refund you in full. You keep both the digital and printed versions.
If your hardcover arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days at hello@onebook.studio with a description and photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
