Refunds

Because each OneBook is custom-created from your personal inputs, orders are non-refundable once processing begins.

Before processing begins

If you change your mind before completing your questionnaire and photo upload, contact us at hello@onebook.studio and we will arrange a full refund.

After PDF delivery

Once your PDF has been delivered, the order cannot be refunded. You have the opportunity to review your book before confirming for print.

Print orders

Print orders are non-refundable once you have confirmed for print, as your book enters production immediately. If you are unhappy with the story before confirming, you may request a rewrite instead.

Technical issues, print defects, and shipping damage

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or there is a technical fault on our side, we will resolve it — including a replacement where appropriate. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@onebook.studio with a description and photos of the issue.
