But something about it stayed. Because it was unprompted. Because he chose to be useful before anyone thought to ask him...

Why I made this

I'm a photographer and a parent. Every year I take hundreds of photos of my son. They stayed in the camera roll.

I tried to print some. I tried making a photo book. But individual photos don't tell the full story, and designing a photo book is slow and laborious.

I wanted something simpler. One book, every year, that will hold the version of him I was about to lose.

So I built it.

Answer a few questions

Tell us about the year. Ordinary days. Small changes. What mattered most. You don't need to write anything polished, that's our job.

Upload your photos

Choose photos from your phone or computer. Everyday moments are exactly right. You need between 24 and 36. Your photos are deleted 30 days after your book is made.

We make the book

We write the story, arrange the photos, and review everything carefully before anything is sent.

Receive your book

We send you a PDF of the finished book. Read it. When you're ready, order the printed hardcover and we handle everything from there.

No. Your photos are placed into your book exactly as you uploaded them. We use AI to help write the story, we do not use AI on your photos, and we never use your images to train any model. Your photos are automatically deleted 30 days after your book is delivered. The PDF is stored for 1 year so you can order the hardcover. As parents ourselves, this matters to us.
